This week with Julian Metcalfe. Julian co-founded Pret a Manger (www.pret.com), the popular sandwich shop with Sinclair Beecham in 1986. In May 2018, Pret was bought for £1.5 billion, and Metcalfe's stake was valued at £75 million. Julian is also the Founder & CEO of ITSU (www.itsu.com), a fast-casual Asian brand.
